2012 Queen's Diamond Jubilee Royal Silver Proof Set – UK £5, Canada $20 & Australia 50c (3 Coins)

This Royal Silver Proof Set was made for Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee in 2012. It brings together three commemorative proof coins from three Commonwealth mints: the UK Diamond Jubilee £5 from The Royal Mint, a $20 coin from the Royal Canadian Mint, and a 50c coin from the Royal Australian Mint.

All three sit in capsules in the original wooden presentation case, with the Certificate of Authenticity and specification card.

Historical Significance

The Diamond Jubilee in 2012 marked 60 years since Queen Elizabeth II came to the throne. Mints across the Commonwealth issued coins for the occasion. This set combines three of them in one presentation.

According to the certificate, only 4,000 sets were issued in this presentation. The Australian 50c was also capped at 4,000 coins, compared with 15,000 for the Canadian $20 and 75,000 for the UK £5.
