Secure & Discreet Packaging All silver coins, sets, and collectibles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are shipped in protective, tamper-evident packaging designed specifically for precious metals — discreet on the outside, secure on the inside.
Tracking Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Insurance Orders totalling $500 CAD or more are automatically covered by shipment insurance at no extra cost to you. For orders under $500 CAD, we recommend reaching out to us before purchasing if you'd like to discuss additional coverage options.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees Freedom Silver ships internationally, including to the United States. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or control these charges, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For insured orders, we will work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf. We are committed to making it right.
