1978 Bahamas $10 Silver Proof – 5th Anniversary of Independence, Prince Charles

This 1978 Bahamas $10 proof marks the fifth anniversary of independence, 10 July 1973. One side shows a portrait of Prince Charles, who attended the independence ceremonies; the other carries the Bahamas coat of arms with the motto Forward Upward Onward Together.

It comes in its original case with the Central Bank of the Bahamas certificate.
